Refund policy

Return Policy 

Layreen Cases accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To start a return, please fill out our contact form or email contact@layreen.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

You can choose one of two options:

  • Store credit: the full value of your items as store credit, to use on any future order.
  • Refund: a refund to your original payment method for the value of your items, minus a processing fee of $5 USD for orders shipped within Canada, $10 USD for orders shipped to the United States, and $15 USD for orders shipped internationally (including Europe). If it is a larger order with several items, we will add a $5 upcharge due to high shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify.
  • Store credit and refunds are issued within 2-4 business days once your return is approved.

Shipping Address

We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. No refunds will be provided if an incorrect address is submitted. Please make sure all your shipping details are correct before placing your order. If a wrong address is provided, the cost to resend the order is 100% the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Tracking is always provided.

Customs

Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, or for packages held by customs in your country. Should your package bounce back from customs, we are not liable for the fees.

1-Year Warranty

All Layreen Cases cases include a 1-Year Warranty for peace of mind. If your case is damaged or breaks within 12 months, we’ll send you a free replacement. You’ll just need to cover the shipping cost for the new case. Eligible one case per order. 

For Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. All digital planners are instant digital downloads, and no physical products will be shipped. Upon checkout, you will receive an email with a secure link to download your purchased files. Please ensure the email address used for the purchase is accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered digital downloads due to incorrect email addresses.
