Return Policy 

Layreen Cases accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return please fill out our contact form.

• Pre-paid return labels are sent, free of charge, for returns for store credit (US and Canada Only). 
• Pre-paid return labels are sent, with a $6 handling fee (credited from the refund) for returns for a cash refund. 
• The items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for return.
• Once your return is received, a refund for the item will be issued within 2-4 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

1-Year Warranty

All Layreen Cases cases include a 1-Year Warranty for peace of mind. If your case is damaged or breaks within 12 months, we’ll send you a free replacement. You’ll just need to cover the shipping cost.

For Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. All digital planners are instant digital downloads, and no physical products will be shipped. Upon checkout, you will receive an email with a secure link to download your purchased files. Please ensure the email address used for the purchase is accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered digital downloads due to incorrect email addresses.
