Shipping & Delivery
Layreen Cases prints and fulfills orders within 2-3 business days! As soon as your case is printed, packed, and ready, it ships right away. You’ll receive an email with tracking details the moment your order is on the way.
Shipping times: depend on your location. Once your order is printed and ready to go, we are located in Toronto, Canada so the typical delivery times from here are:
- Canada: 2–5 business days

USA: 5–7 business days
- UK: 6–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way. Please note that delivery times can vary slightly due to customs or busy seasons.
Shipping Address
We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. No refunds will be provided if an incorrect address is submitted. Please make sure all your shipping details are correct before placing your order. If a wrong address is provided, the cost to resend the order is 100% the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Tracking is always provided.
Customs
Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, or for packages held by customs in your country. Should your package bounce back from customs, we are not liable for the fees.
